10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aligndata is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Indemnification

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any breach or at our discretion. Upon termination:

• Your data license terminates immediately
• You must cease use of services and data
• You must delete all data copies
• Outstanding payments remain due

14. Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: State of Alabama, United States.
• Arbitration: Binding arbitration in Mobile, Alabama, except for injunctive relief.
• Class Action Waiver: Disputes resolved individually; class actions waived.

15. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms are the entire agreement regarding our services.
• Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder.
• Waiver: Non-enforcement is not a waiver.
• Assignment: You cannot assign without consent; we may assign freely.
